The Importance of Backing Up Your Work

Frank Chimero is a graphic designer who thoroughly explains his methods for keeping track of his work in this blog post. He uses a combination of Backblaze, Amazon Simple Storage and Dropbox.  When you are making money off of your electronic it is important they are safe and easily retrievable. It is important to have files in more than one place, because you never know what may happen. Each semester I hear different stories of things breaking, being, stolen or forgotten, so it is critical to have your work in more than one place. There are other options than those listed here. You should find something that works for you, but most importantly, you should back things up. You would not want this you to happen to you because this is not cheap.
